  Beware, don't buy anything that will break from this company. They DO NOT know how to package. They are such morons that they put 3 ceramic bathroom sinks in a box with absolutely NO packing material at all. Then put that box in another box (like that was going to help cushion the item). Out of the 3, miraculously one survived, however, the other two were broken in several hundred pieces. Then, on top of that, when I called to get a replacement I was told without pictures of the broken sinks they would not send me replacements. So we took pictures and sent them. Will post another review to see if the 2 replacement sinks are packaged the same moronic way & how long it takes for me to get them. They tell you 1-2 shipping days, but that's a lie. Ordered on June 22 and received on July 5. That's not 2 days in any stretch of the imagination. They are holding up my remodeling job due to their incompetent ways of packing material. Come on guys, this is basic packing 101 DO NOT put something breakable in a box with NO packing material DUH!

  Worst customer service ever. We ordered 2 chairs and told them we would order 10 more if we liked the way these look. when they arived from just the look they look great but then the assembly process began. Usually its not a big problem to assemple just a few bolts how hard could it be right? wrong!!! I spent 2 hours trying to assemble them and then gave up and called them the next day, I suggested that it may be a manufacture error becouse I was putting them togeteher the exact same way they were telling me over the phone. rather than saying ok no problem we will return them free of cost. the first words out of there mouth was "ok there is a 15% charge on returns or I pay for the shipping??? cmon guys dont you first want to recive the product back and inspect it before blamming me for it and saying that we have never had this problem with these chairs??? sending chairs back today stay tuned to see what hapends next....

  I ordered and received 2 round pillows for 2 Eames chairs. The pillows arrived and I did not like them--they were poorly made, with uneven stitching all the way around. I emailed the company about returning. After a week or so I emailed again. I have yet to hear from them and it has been about 2 weeks since I sent the 1st email. I decided that based on the 15% restock fee and the return postage, I would just keep them and take the loss. Will never buy from eModern Decor again.
