Installers were one hour and a half hours late and did not call to say they were behind schedule, I paid a portion in cash and the rest on credit card and they tried to charge the full amount to the card and called me to say the charge did not go through. Also I had to call them to find out what time they were scheduled to be here, very poor customer service.
